The Malta Independent spoke with Higher Specialist Trainee in Psychiatry, Emma Saliba, who provided a detailed explanation of the Mental Health Curriculum Guide and discussed the need for evidence-based mental health curriculum to be incorporated in schools. “We have seen an increase in mental disorders post-pandemic so this guide is definitely more relevant than ever,” Saliba said.
